SOAP & SPIKES #7 (CANADA)
WOW!!  All I want to know is did Jerry's Kids move to Japan?  Obviously not, but that's what these guys sound like and with a little Final Conflict and Crucifix thrown in as well how can you pass on this?  You are a fool if ya do!!

FLIPSIDE #120
The fuckers do go mad and I love it!  More Japancore and old school style to bat.  The punk is fierce here folks, and I love those screamed vocals that I can't tell if it is sung in English or Japanese.   Guitars are brutal and I love the remedial moments that are pushed forth.  The art of guitar solos in punk are not lost here.  Not many bands today do it anymore.   I don't know when it became a problem or not PC to throw in a guitar solo here and there.  But who cares because these guys do it and you feel the love that they put into their music.

SUBURBAN VOICE #43
Rough, tough rock mania from Japan.  The Stupid Babies indulge themselves in a whole lotta volume and nasty attitude here, mixing up thrash and garage into a roaring combination.  "Fuck & Kill," huh?   And when it's coming from instruments listed as Distortion Guitar, Beer Drinkin' Bass, Destruction Beat and Agitation, you get the idea real damn quick what's going on here.  Destroy oh boy!

DOLL #144 (JAPAN)
I could see considerable growth of SBGM from their new record.  Desire to say it's a great work.  Killer R&R and pleasantly burst & surging rock n roll sound.  Side A's pressing construction heat you up.   "What The Hell"...Great!!  Released from Out Cold's Acme Records.   Dwarves and Antiseen's fan must check 'em out!

MAXIMUMROCKNROLL #196
Great high energy hardcore punk rock.  Reminds me of a mix between Smash Your Face and Out Cold.  Early 80s styled punk thrash that is well executed.  I'm sure that they are just as fun to watch as they are to listen to!  Check 'em out!

MUTANT RENEGADE #12
Get outta the way, this is fast pissed off Japanese punk played with abandon.  I think the title sums it up.  This is one of the best band names I have ever seen.  If nothing else it would rate four out of five stars on the name alone.

SPECIFIC HEAT #5 (SINGAPORE)
A heavy punk band from Japan.  Musically fast, angry throats with R&R guitar tunes very turbo, trash & frenzy just like the title of the record.  Best thrill songs are "Blow One's Top," "Bastard Bitch," "Fuck & Kill," and "What The Hell."  Oh, yes!   It's really hell...you're sure to meet in the pit!

UNDERGROUND PUNK SUPPORT #6 (NETHERLANDS)
On Out Cold's label:  Stupid Babies Go Mad, like No Side from Japan.  Also sounding very American, but more the 1982 punky version.  Driving and energetic, good sound, screamy vocals.  A pleasure to listen to.
