The story of the Reaction is a bit confusing so pay attention. They were formed in Delaware by ex-members of a bunch of bands such as Huntingtons, the Deadlines, Last Laugh, and Moloko Plus. It was there they recorded their killer debut record. Then, a sudden relocation to Oregon resulted in a splintering of the group and some new members were recruited. Out of respect to the original members, the band was renamed to the Stivs before the first record was even released. Now for the important shit... These guys play high-decibel, high-energy punk rocknroll that will please fans of Zeke, the Misfits and the Ramones. Seriously catchy tunes, polished musicianship and attention to detail that come together for a totally solid unit. This band will soon be touring relentlessly so don't be a fool...get their record and go see them!
